I live in my house with my friend Simon, and I have 1 room for rental.
It is the attic room of the second floor (23 m2), and it is fully furnished. The ground floor of the house is shared and it is composed of kitchen, living room, toilet, shower cabin. In the first and second floor there are three bedrooms.
Gas is to paid apart according to the consumption, but it is very little. House is fully insulated.
The house is located in de Luxemburgstraat (2020, Antwerpen), 4 km from the city center.
We are looking for a person with the following characteristics: 1) he is a male; 2) he can speak English; 3) he must hold a job (with a documented contract) for the whole duration of the stay, or he is a student 4) he enjoys living with us.
