I live in my house with my friend Simon, and I have 1 room for rental. It is the attic room of the second floor (23 m2), and it is fully furnished. The ground floor of the house is shared and it is composed of kitchen, living room, toilet, shower cabin. In the first and second floor there are three bedrooms.
Internet, electricity, and water bill are included in the monthly fee. The house is almost completely insulated. The house is located in de Luxemburgstraat (2020, Antwerpen), 4 km from the city center.
We are looking for a person with the following characteristics: 1) he is a male; 2) he is a non-smoker; 3) he can speak English; 4) he must hold a job (with a documented contract) for the whole duration of the stay. 5) he enjoys living with us.
